At Fat Cat, all of our menu items are made-to-order from the freshest ingredients. Whenever possible, we use seasonal and organic ingredients, sourced locally. We purchase much of our produce and cheeses from nearby Adams Farm in Harrodsburg.

We use a special high gluten flour (a gluten-free option is available upon request) that produces our crispy thin crust and top our pies with fresh whole milk mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Our tomato sauce is made fresh daily with vine fresh, organic tomatoes and our gourmet toppings like roasted eggplant, fresh basil, kalamata olives and fresh arugula ensure you'll never run out of tasty options.

All of our pizzas can be made vegan or gluten free. Kindly inform your server if you have any allergies.
